在语句结果集中搜索任意结果指针。
mysqli_stmt_store_result（）必须在mysqli_stmt_data_seek（）之前调用。
参数
`stmt`
仅过程风格：由mysqli_stmt_init（）返回的语句标识符。
offset
必须介于零与总行数减一（0 .. mysqli_stmt_num_rows（） - 1）之间。
返回值
没有值返回。
