SplFileInfo::isDir — Tells if the file is a directory
Description
public bool SplFileInfo::isDir ( void )
This method can be used to determine if the file is a directory.
Parameters
This function has no parameters.
Return Values
Returns TRUE if a directory, FALSE otherwise.
Examples
Example #1 SplFileInfo::isDir() example

$d = new SplFileInfo(dirname(__FILE__)
var_dump($d->isDir()
$d = new SplFileInfo(__FILE__
var_dump($d->isDir()
?>
The above example will output something similar to:
bool(true)
bool(false)
